There are potential risks and dangers that are involved with engine management tuning. Tuning is a test of the mechanical limits of my vehicle and can cause failure to components. It is strictly intended for offroad use and Gtuned Performance cannot be held responsible for emissions related issues caused by tuning. Any damage incurred before, during, or after the vehicle is being operated on, and tuned is in no way fault of Gtuned Performance. Any damage to my vehicle or its transmission, transfer assembly, engine, tires, clutch, brakes, and other components.  is the owner's responsibility.  Situations can arise during the tuning that is beyond the control of the tuner. I understand the risks of dyno, remote, or street testing/tuning and waive all claims against Gtuned Performance.

Vehicles will undergo a brief pre-tune inspection, but the car is otherwise ready to be tuned. Gtuned Performance may charge additional fees for any time spent repairing or modifying the vehicle as needed to complete the tuning process properly.  If tuning cannot be finished due to mechanical or compatibility issues, dyno time ($150 per hour) and a license fee (for new customers) must still be paid; any additional charges are determined by Gtuned Performance.
